Every few weeks or so, I will be putting up photos of my outfits - what I was wearing and where and why etc. So this becomes more personal and you can identify my style - which, if you do, please let me know too ;) And also, because I want to add more fashion to the content. I won't promise to update regularly in this series, but I will post only the best.
It was a cold day but I was in no mood to pull on a sweater or cardigan with jeans yet again. So blah! So, I wore this instead:
The dress is from this lovely store, Robinsons in Singapore. It was a gift, and initially I kind of wasn't sure about it...I thought it would be too girly for my age - but after trying it on, I realised it looked just fine. Plus, its the prefect length - just touching the knees and hence wearable anywhere. The belt was kind of complicated - I couldn't decide what to do with the belt - it seemed too matchy-matchy, but then I wore it over the cardigan, and presto! It looked perfect.
The black cardigan is from Only. I totally heart it as its perfect for the slightly cold weather - when you just need a little warmth to cover up bare arms. Plus, its very, very versatile. There's just no end to the variations in which it can be worn. And its unbelievably soft.
Designed by Ronald Knol for Dutch company Odesi, this media console allows your components to be seen but the cables neatly hidden in a double back case. There are two storage drawers to keep other components, remotes or clutter out of sight.
These are cute lil initial clip purses. So adorable! Screen printed in black onto natural cotton, which has been laminated to protect against scuffs and stains. So buy it for yourself and anyone from Anita to Zarina. :P
I have merged my fashion blog (which was running though another id) with this blog.
One place. Everything I love. this also means that from now on, this blog won't just showcase things I love and cherish and wanna hoard, but will also have regular posts on fashion.
The beautiful Deepika Padukone & hottie Imraan Khan made an appearance at Juhu, Mumbai to launch the young and fashionable line for Shopper's Stop - aptly titled "Break ke Baad".
They both looked gorgeous and the shutterbugs couldn't get enough of them. Dressed in a cute lil summer dress and white flat sandals, Deepika looked lovely. I just wish her belt was more stable or atleast stayed out at one place. And Imraan was the ultimate cool dude with his checkered shirt - which we all know is the in-thing - since forever?
The 'Break ke Baad' apparel line is chic and unfussy. Available at all Shoppers Stop outlets, the line is perfect for the college crowd - teemed with prints, stripes and checks - from racerbacks to mascot tees, from hot shorts to cargo shorts.
I love the design. Its simple, and brilliant. Though, personally I wouldn't want it in my room - it reminds me of an anaconda... but discarding all those fancies of an overactive mind, it is a great design. It was a collaboration between Herman Miller and Pratt students.
Lovely, lovely. I am always amazed at people's creativity... at the out-of-the-basket (in this case) thinking.
Don't just looking at these awesomely designed boxes make you want to pack a box and head to the nearest lake / river / park for a picnic?

I so want this is in my living room, and every time it rings, pick it up with perfectly manicured fingers and say "Hello"... such lovely vintage beauty!
"Circa 1980's this "Handbag" phone was made by Polyconcept. The classic black color will lend itself to any color scheme in any room. The ring tone works perfectly and the numbers on the buttons of the simulated rotary dial are not rubbed off."
I want to wear it all day...
